Who I Am

My name is Xinyao Yang, and I’m currently studying Commerce at Curtin University Singapore, majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work with big companies like JD.com, China Resources Enterprise, and Haier Group through internships. These roles exposed me to different areas, from day-to-day operations to business development and even some strategic planning.

I’ve worked on projects ranging from improving e-commerce logistics in Beijing to looking at retail expansion strategies in Shenzhen. Each experience gave me a clearer picture of how businesses run and what kind of challenges they face. In the long run, I hope to use what I’ve learned to help drive meaningful change in my family’s business.

Since I’ve grown up learning both Eastern and Western business approaches, I try to bring together analytical thinking with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth whenever I take on new challenges.
